At Living Greens Co, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in preparing and packaging our microgreens and powders, and we’re here to assist if something isn’t right.

Returns
You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please send clear photos via WhatsApp or email showing any damage, spoilage, or incorrect products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept return requests after this window.

Non-Returnable Items
– Opened or used powder containers
– Perishable fresh microgreens not reported within 24 hours
– Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage

Return Options
If there is an issue with your order, we may offer one of the following:
– Replacement of the product
– Store credit
– Refund, depending on the product and situation

Each case is handled individually with care.

Return Shipping
– If the issue is our fault (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the return or replacement shipping.
– If the issue is not our fault, the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us or covering shipping costs.
